We have 8 styrofoam skulls that are yours for the decorating, with a chance to win a $100.00 Gift Certificate at Treasured Memories.
For 1-week, starting today, Thursday, Sept.21st, you can enter your name to receive one of the eight styrofoam skulls. We will draw the eight lucky names next Thursday evening, Sept. 28th, and contact the winners, who then have two weeks to decorate their skulls in whatever fashion inspires them and have their creations returned to Treasured Memories by 9:00pm Thursday, Oct. 12th. All eight skulls will then be displayed in the store with customers and participants in our 2-weekend crops voting on their favourite. The totals will be counted at the end of the second crop weekend, Sunday evening October 22nd. The winner will be notified of their $100.00 Gift Certificate, Monday morning, October 23rd. The skulls are all then the property of the creating participants.
Please enter only if you're able to pick up the skull, have it decorated and returned to the store by 9:00pm October 12th.
Tips for designing and decorating your skull. The theme of the crop weekends these skulls will be displayed and voted on is "Day of the Dead." Sugar Skulls is the obvious visual idea, voters will be instructed to vote for their favourite using 3 criteria: imagination, attention to detail and creativity within the theme. Use that information to guide you, otherwise have fun and thank you for participating.
