25 Days of Christmas Album

For the past 2 years I have enjoyed the process of making an album for the 25 days leading up to Christmas. The inspiration for this class comes from one of my favorite scrapbookers, Ali Edwards. Join me; Nadine, on November 7 from 10am-2pm to create your own. We will make an album that celebrates the traditions, activities and ordinary days leading up to Christmas day. One page for each date for you to document your days with photos. The class cost is $55 and remember, if you can't attend the class date & time The store will have kits for sale- just remember you have to get it ready for December 1st. Hope to see you there!!! Vintage Christmas Card Class

Join me; Nadine, in this Tim Holtz inspired class and get a head start on your Christmas cards. At the same time you'll get to learn some fabulous, fun and messy techniques. We'll make 5 cards and we'll play around with Tattered Angel's glimmer mist, glimmer screens, Perfect Pearls, embossing powders, distressing inks, alcohol inks, stamps, stamps & more stamps! Did I mention you'll get a little messy? These vintage themed Christmas cards are so fun that you may end up not wanting to give them away. This is a hands on class and because you have to be in the class to make these cards I'll be running it on 2 different days.

Class Supplies Required:
- basic tool kit
- old cleaning rag
- baby wipes
- glue dots
- pop dots
- a stronger adhesive is recommend ie) tacky tape, other double sided tape
- tape
- paper piercer
- edge distresser (if you have one)
- an ink blending tool & foam (if you have these)

My Minds Eye Canvas Class

We all have it... or we all should... the infamous family portrait! What is better... having a wonderful canvas on which to display that treasured picture. Join My Mind's Eye Design Team Member and Educator, Trisha Ladouceur, as she combines the gorgeous Oh La La Collection of papers and embellishments from My Mind's Eye with the shimmer of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in this lovely wall hanging that will showcase your cherished photograph. Finish it off with a touch of Prima, a wee bit of Tattered Angels goodness and some wonderful Riff Raff Designs chipboard and you have a lovely keepsake adorning the most coveted spot on your wall for many years to come.

Thanksgiving Crop

If you love home cooked Turkey dinners without the stress of having to make it yourself and scrapbooking, this friday is a good night to sign up for our crop. Friday October 9, from 6-12pm we are hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner crop complete with Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry sauce, Cooked veggies and Pumpkin pie. Be sure to call in and book your spot as space is limited.

I Am Thankful

 

What are you thankful for? There are so many people and things that I am thankful for that I needed a place to record and remember them. I have created this class that is full of Autumn inspiration just for that. Join me and we will create a fabulous mini album for all that you are thankful for. The album pages are various shapes and sizes, there are circle pages, acrylic pages, photo pages, an envelope page, transparency pages and various sizes of pages. The book is designed to hold approximately 16 pictures in sizes: 3 1/2 x 5, 3x4 & 4x6. That however is up to you, more can be added. Students are encouraged to bring their photos to class. The product for this fabulous book centers around Little Yellow Bicycle's " Autumn Bliss" line and is full of coordinating embellishments, ribbons and custom made transparency words. We`ll also get to play with alcohol inks in this class. So wonderful. Limited number of kits have been made for this class so be sure to sign up early. Graphic 45 Class

 

With the holidays fast approaching, this would make a perfect gift for a lucky recipient but chances are you will love it too much to give away! Join Trisha Ladouceur, Tattered Angels and Graphic 45 Endorsed Educator, in this fun filled class where you will create a lovely journal and a wonderful keepsake box perfect for some of your most precious treasures. Work with the ever popular Domestic Goddess Collection of papers and embellishments and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists, screens, Chiptiles and alphas. Learn to use the Bind It All to join it all together and you will leave with a project that you will adore! You will have the opportunity to personalize it to suit you and is in fact encouraged!

We will only be making one layout per class, but I plan on covering a lot of techniques and tips so we'll fill up our two hours quite quickly!

Unleash the Artist Within
Saturday, November 14th Time: 10am to 1pm
I love paint. And ink. And getting messy...do you? In this class we are going to be playing with paint, and making our own masks, and spraying ink and it is going to be so fun and wonderful! because Learning is Fun! & Knowledge is Power!
