Art Journal page created by Linda Abbott for the October Mixed Media month kit.
I am back to share something that I am working on that has me a little bit excited. You will notice on your left sidebar the addition of Galleries. I have began the process of uploading the work created for our Mixed Media and Scrapbooked Month Kits. I am in the process of streamlining the blog so all our inspiration can be found in one spot! Our designers work so hard to create beautiful and inspiring projects and pages and I am excited that they will now be available without scouring through past posts.
You will eventually see a gallery for each designer so that you can grab inspiration from your favorites. I will be organizing & adding over the next week and I encourage you to go and check out the galleries and be inspired!
Good Morning Friends! Nadine here this morning to introduce you to our guest designer: Jennifer Shaw.
I have been reading Jennifer's blog: On a Tangent off and on now for quite awhile. I am always so inspired by her work and her love of scrapbooking. I knew I needed to have her designing for the store and I knew she would completely rock a month kit. I sent an email her way asking if she would like to be a part of the team and was delighted that she said yes!
When I saw her work in person I was truly inspired and a little bit in awe. Her pages are gorgeous, her attention to detail is a work of art and most importantly- she made me want to get to work with my own stuff! I love inspiration and she is definitely that!
Please meet Jennifer...
In the spirit of Halloween we wanted to share inspiration from 3 of our designers using the Halloween lines from My Mind's Eye- Something Wicked and Carta Bella- Trick or Treat. We love that each design team member has their own unique style and that we can give the same product to 2 different people and have completely different results.
Let these ladies inspire you, Happy Halloween everyone.
Kelly created these decor pieces with wooden plaques as her base and Carta Bella's Trick or Treat.
Nadine has created this page with product from Carta Bella as well.
April has created this layout using Something Wicked from My Mind's Eye.
Nadine has also used Something Wicked to create this page.
Today we are sharing the last of Ginger's layouts using the October month kit: Pumpkin Spice. Ginger's work is always so inspiring and beautiful. We love her layers, dimension and creative style.
Huge thank you's to Ginger for this kit- it was a hit, and thank you for your work & inspiration.
Stay tuned for November 1st and the reveal of November's amazing kit and the introduction of an amazing guest designer!
We're back today sharing inspiration from Candace using this month's kit Sweet Sunshine. This kit is fabulous and packed with beautiful product! Visit the link to see the kit contents. We only have 3 left so be sure to get yours before they're all gone.
Thank you to Candace for these great pages, to see the entire collection pop on into the store and check out the display.
It's that time of year again, the kids are off to school and parents all over rejoice (and then secretly have a little cry in the car after drop off). Back to school season means September is here and for us here at the store that means we have been receiving new stock constantly for over a month. One of the lines we received (that we LOVED) was Echo Park's Teacher's Pet collection. It's perfect for all your back to school and old school photos.
Candace & Nadine are here to inspire you today with school themed layouts, both ladies have done a fabulous job working with these papers. Thank you to both of them for their time & inspiration.

Today we are sharing inspiration with you from Candace & Nadine. Both these ladies were given papers and embellishments from Kaiser Craft's Scrap Yard collection and they both did a fabulous job of working with the product.
Scrap Yard was very popular here in the store and we were so excited to see their latest collection Time Machine that features fabulous masculine touches. Have you seen it yet? We received and put it out just this week, check it out.
Today we are sharing inspiration from Lisa using the the Catrina stamp from Jamie Dougherty's collection for Prima. This collection of stamps is amazing and these faces that she has created for Prima are so beautiful.
Lisa was given the Catrina stamp and we were blown away with her creations. The colors, the textures, the additions- gorgeous! Lisa has added rubons for embellishments in the hair, stitching to the background for texture, flowers added into the hair for accessories, embossing for texture and shine and glitter.... because glitter is never a bad idea.
Thank you Lisa for these and for your inspiration!
These girls are gorgeous and we carry a wide selection of these Prima stamps. If you want a stamp that we currently out of just ask for a special order and we will do what we can to get that in asap for you.
